The mission of Rural Alaska Emergency Services is to secure sustainable funding for Advanced Life Support (ALS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) services for rural Alaska.

Rural Alaska Emergency Services will be a dedicated organization, that strives to secure long term funding, which will support excellent, quality sustainable EMS services. Funds will be used for contracting with experienced EMS organizations to provide rural Alaskans the opportunities to preserve their quality of life in their local communities, while retaining their rural heritage, without the risk of leaving the security of their local culture.
