FAQ Series 3 - Ft. Greely Mutual Aid Agreement

Please reach us at ruralalaskaems@gmail.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.

The Mutual Aid Agreement (MAA) with the city is signed and remains in place as long as reciprocal services are available. However, if the city council does not pass the ordinance, Fort Greely will not be able to provide ALS services to Delta Junction or rural Deltana until those services are reinstated.

The MAA itself will remain active, but Fort Greely can only resume ALS support once city services are restored. For example, if ALS is approved on April 10, Fort Greely could begin providing reciprocal services that same day but would be unable to do so from April 1-9. Fire services will continue as a reciprocal service regardless.
